  Today, I tried the Borsao Garnacha wine (grenache) made in 2020, Gamacha Aragon. in with some hotpot that I made. I bought it for around 10 dollars, and from the site Drizzly, they said it was pretty good wine in general. My overall impression of the wine was that it was just sour with barely any hints of sweetness within the wine itself. When I first did my swirl and sniff, I noted that it was sour mainly but had some kind of blackberry or raspberry subtle tone to it. When I had it with the hotpot, I did find that the food didn't really taste that much different, but I noticed that the overall contrast between the sour and the savory from the hotpot was not bad at all.
